SLOW RIDE SESSION IPA is up for this easy-going challenge, starting with a pour of sheened gold and plenty of fluffy, white foam. A blend of eight hop varieties, led by exotic Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, twist together brilliant tropical scents of melon, peach, lime and grapefruit for a vividly fruity aroma. The flavor mirrors the aroma, while balancing a malty-sweet yet clean start and hoppy bitterness in the back. 355 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Fresh hoppy aroma of pine needles and spruce tips, hints of newmown grass and tropical fruits. Light bodied. Dry flavour with distinct bittering hops throughout, also piney and fruity notes. Bitter aftertaste.

Rich golden amber color with persistent fonts and sticky looking dirty white foam of heterogeneous bubble size. The aroma is of pine, mango, pineapple rind, toasted malt. The taste was mild, overall flavor. Some of the fruity notes present on the tongue. Bitter hit with slight bitter finish that layers on sip after sip. The mouthfeel was watery, little carbonation, soft bite.

Aroma is quite hoppy, with a mellow fruity and malty undertone. Pours clear solar yellow with a fluffy eggshell head. Flavor is very hoppy, mostly evergreen, hardly bitter, with shy fruity notes. Smooth texture is fairly firm and somewhat fizzy, leaving a nice hoppy finish. Slow ride, take it easy!

Little opaque yellow, small lacing white foam ring. Hoppy, fruity aroma. Light bitter taste, starts of sweet (fruit tones), moves to light bitter. (Cleveland 201505)

I love New Belgium, but this beer was slightly thin for me both in body and in flavor. This beer is a "session IPA" but again, a tad small for me - I think they could up the wattage on this a hair. But ... I'm not kickin' it out of bed either. Bottoms up.

Nice aromas of citrus, pine and faint hints fruit. mid yellow body, low carbonation with a thin soapy head that leaves some decent lace. Mouthfeel is a bit thin, but it is a session IPA, so... Flavor is the same as the aroma but not as intense, light bitterness in the finish. Overall a nice session IPA.

About average for a session. Some citrus and pine flavor in there...about medium hop for the style. Balance could be a little better, but hey, this is pretty much macro beer. Drinkable and ok for the summer season I gueess.
