Pours a clear, dark amber with a very thick and fluffy buff head. Malty aroma has a strong overtone of woody hops. Flavor has a strong woody hop core that supports subtle fruity and sweetish malty tones. Smooth texture makes this very drinkable - it’s hard to avoid chugging it. Tour the fall with this beer - heck, "tour" it any time of year.

This is ok...about what I expected I guess...maybe slightly above. A clear goldish/light amber appearance. Decent balance. Light malt with a clean mild hop finish. I was curious about this when the seasonal 12 packs came out, but not really one I'd return to over the SNPAs, etc.

Nice hoppy pale. Floral hops abound atop a light biscuity caramel background. Similar to Sierra Nevada but not quite so hoppy. I prefer this. Mellow but flavorful and pleasing.

Sampled on 9/17/2014. This American Pale Ale pours a medium to light orange amber color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. The hops are slightly piney and citrusy. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. A decent APA. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

A deep amber colored beer with a small, two fingered frothy textured white-beige colored head rising above. There's some hang time even for such a small head. A low lying thick film and ringlet are left. A light piney nose. More bready malt than the pine hoppiness in the tasting. A rich creamy body. Makes for a good session beer

Wonderful aroma, plentiful and juicy hops, lots of fruits, citrus and some dank qualities to it and my favorite aspect of this beer. Rather dark body for a plae ale, brown tinged with a mid sized cap that had fair retention and lace. Flavor leaned towards the nutty malts with the hops not as prominent as the nose suggested. Overall a nice beer it reminded me of a hoppier yet weaker version of Fat Tire.Still good though.

Very nice foam top, holding a good carbonation throughout.Beautiful light red in color,nice aromatics and good taste. The body is a medium, and the flavor is a great combo. They say they use Target/Cascade hops w/ Amarillo and Cascade dry-hop. I pick up Cascade in the flavor, and Amarillo in the aroma . Nice beer.
