Teresa made it a personal challenge to create a beer with a strong hop flavor that was balanced with her favorite fruit, pineapple. Brewed with four different American hops for a burst of grapefruit character that’s mellowed and complemented by the tropical fruit notes from the pineapple.

A cloudy orange colored beer with a big frothy textured, off white head rising above. There's some hang time on that head. A thick ringlet and low lying film are left. Sweet, pineapple light in nose. Lots of sweet fruit and caramel malt. Low hoppiness. Brut crisp and easy enough to drunk. Just not an IPA

Not really doing it for me. Doesn't really resemble an IPA that much. Actually taste more like their regular Boston Lager (with mild pineapple juice) or a Pale Ale at best. Missing that hop punch and bitterness. Hardly any citrus or pine notes, just the tropical fruit that you get from pineapple juice. Out of 1300 entries, this must have had a biased review since an employee of the brewery.
