HOTD definitely over barrels their beers. There, I said it. With the exception of Adam from the Wood, theyve all been overly boozy. That said, they've all been very good...you just have to know what you're in for. Strong boozy aroma and feel, sweet flavor. Otto is bourbon Fred with peaches and cherries. A nice addition, especially the cherries. Softens things up a bit, and adds another level of complexity. The peaches are more subtle and really just noticed in the aftertaste. Good brew.
