Apples and pears meet an intense hop bitterness in this India Red Ale. Calypso hops drive the apple and pear aromas, while the carared and melanodin malts balance the bitterness and lend a deep red color. Not for the faint of heart!

Slightly darker than your average IPA. Apple is there, as is more than ample bitterness. Slightly sweet and dry but the IBUs overpower juuuust a little, which is the beers only fault. Good stuff overall.
