Sample on tap at What’s Brewing BF, Stavanger. A standard American IPA with its notes of pine and grapefruit. Good beer, but not so different from other IPAs.

341ml bottle from Central City. Poured a cloudy gold/orange beneath a fluffy ivory head; superior lacing found here. Mega grapefruit notes in the aroma. Solid mouthfeel. Flavour had ample amounts of citrus, floral hop, tropical fruit, and caramel, all in a nice balance. Finished well, sweet caramel notes at the end. A high quality beer.

PINT tasting. Best one of the evening. Overwhelming aroma, grapefruit, floral (violins). Light opaque orange/yellow, small lacing foam head. Bitter taste, again violins present, some citrus. Great beer. (Arnhem 201506)

Hazy straw coloured pour. Large white head sticks around for a while but leaves minimal lacing. Sweet and grassy aroma. Breaded malt flavour with melon, grapefruit, lemon, orange and grassy. Full slick mouthfeel and well carbonated. Good stuff.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a foamy head that disappears quicker than expected and leaves minimal soapy lace. Fresh hop nose with the Citra adding some light fruity notes (sweet) over the grass. The mouthfeel is a nice mild dryness, not crazy bitter. The taste is much milder, with not as much fruit and just a little more hoppiness (grass). Decent, but not a crazy hopbomb. Especially not in the mouth. Good drinkability though.

Pours a pretty thin layer of head, not very substantial. Has a cloudy golden/amber appearance. Fairly weak lacing. Some sediments are visible. Very nice aromas of various tropical fruits, citrus hops along with notes of Centennial hops and grassy, floral hops. Flavours are a mixture of citrus and floral hops, some oranges and mandarins, hints of what seems like honey to me. Sweet malts. Mouthcoating and tingling sensation. Slick, full bodied mouthfeel. Lively carbonation. Great smooth and easy drinking brew, especially for an IPA. Nothing too offensive here. Love it!
