A bourbon barrel aged barley wine that is a variation on the Yuletide Barley Wine. Aged for several months in Four Roses bourbon barrels to create a rich, full bodied beer with notes of toffee, chocolate and raisins alongside fragrant hop notes.

The beer pours a solid brown colour with a thin tan film for a head. The aroma is sweet malt, molasses, and floral hops. The mouthfeel is full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is molasses, butterscotch, grains, and dark fruit. A very sweet beer.
