Small batch lager form Highland; on tap @ The Tomato Head in Knoxville for a focus group beer pairing dinner. Light golden straw yellow color, short white head, some lacing. Light sweet malts, hint of apples, light hops, in both the aromas and taste. Very light hoppy bitter linger. Very light lager, super approachable for new craft beer drinkers.
