Pours opaque dark chocolate with a good tan head. Aroma provides sour and tart fruit, mainly berries and stone fruit, plus roast malt and earthy notes. Flavor offers puckeringly sour stone fruit and berries, roast malt, earthy and slight smoky notes on the side. Texture presents fair, smooth body and peppy fizz. Dark and sour!

Quite sour with a VERY carbonated feel, though still managing to be a little on the heavy side. The high acidity also knocks down the quaffability, but it's a good sour. Tart, funky, fruity, hoppy. roasted...also lots going on. Not a great beer, but a solidly good one.
