On tap @ Bearden Beer Mrkt, Knoxville. Ruby brown color, nice head and lacing. Very mild caramel malt sweetness meets pleasant earthy hops. Super easy to drink just not very flavorful. Would be a good beer to turn a BMC or craft beer newbie on to. Sessionable for certain.

"Mild" yields to "Average" as it was nothing special - not hateful, but not something worthy of a special 12-pack. Copper-red color, faint head (good lacing), caramel and malt with a wee-bit of hops.

Mild is right. Nothing bad, but nothing at all stands out. Lawnmower beer for sure, but only in a mixer? I'd prefer an ALL DAY IPA or a handful of other more creative light abv beers to this. Lightly sweet and malty, copper color, has a hint of tart and a hint of bitter in the finish. A little more watery in the body than a 5.6% beer needs to be.

I don't really drink this style much. Reminds me of a copper, amber, or ESB. Now I know why they call it a "mild". A clearish copper or amber appearance with flavors of caramel malt, light hop, and small hints of fruit. Refreshing beer for the seasons, or daytime/lunch....but that's about it.
