A hop forward brew fermented in primary in stainless. After it was put into barrels, it fermented and gained another 2.5% ABV. Finishes very dry almost like a white wine which is complemented well by the oak barrel aromas and balance of saison phenolic flavors.

More fruity than hoppy, though the hops do shine a bit. Very dry, cloudy yellow with big off white head. Wonderful aroma and flavor...floral, spicy, orange...fruit "phenol" is a good way to put it. At any rate, of of the finer saisons I've ever had...and Odell's Celestrina is one of the others. Great beer!
