STORY Using dandelion greens to bitter a Belgian-style ale blossomed from our brewers collaborating with Red Rock Brewing. These being our sixth interpretation together since 2008, expect a wonderfully complex ale fermented with wild Belgian yeast and blended with just a touch of wood-aged beer. Bitterness imparted from dandelion greens and grains of paradise will have you blowing wishes for sips. On tap at CLips of Faith. Golden amber color, little head nor lacing. Interesting floral and honeysuckle aroma and palate, lemongrass, apricots, light funk, yeasty and lightly bready, like I said, interesting but tasty.

A deep orange in color with a three finger soapy bubbled white head rising above. There's impressive lacing with film and cap present. The nose is faint. The tasting sour, fruity and yeasty. This is more a farmhouse ale than a Belgium strong. The body oily and slick.

Strong, malty aroma has floral and herbal notes and more than a hint of fruit. Pours a slightly hazy and somewhat bubbly solar yellow with a very thick and rather fine-bubbled ivory head. Sharp, flowery flavor has a definite pear overtone as well as herbal and sweet notes, with a subtle hoppy tone. Firm, smooth texture has some good fizz, and leaves a very pleasing and lip-smacking finish. Dandelion beer? Warum nicht?

Cloudy bright yellow, sweet aroma and flavor, and a good body letting you know it's a hefty beer. Floral and slightly sugary, with a little grassy bite from the greens, and a touch of tart. Really different, good brew.

This beer is a cloudy amber with a soapy and broken sheet of white foam. Smells of oak, some bitter herbs, some vanilla and a bit of must and funk. Initial impression is this is like a thick, fruited poorly constructed saison. There's a hint of funk, lemon, grain, some bits of peach and a little flour. Medium to full bodied with low carb and an off dry finish. Overall some people will probably like this, its just that the last four or five LOF series i have tried just havent lived up to the standard set by thier predecessors.

22 oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow orange with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet tart fruits, some bready malt and a bit of funk.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with some tart tropical fruits, some funk, vinous notes and herbal notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, an interesting fruity funky belgian.
