You’ll never be able to look at a strawberry tart again without thinking that those poor strawberries would have had a much better end in a bottle of Melville’s Strawberry Craft Lager. But we are very, very fussy about the strawberries we use. They’ve got to be Jubilee strawberries. And the juiciest ones at that. So now you know.

Pours an average size foamy head and goes away quickly. Has a light amber appearance with light red hues. Mild strawberry and wheaty aromas. Has a pretty faint strawberry flavour, again really sweet but not as much as the raspberry one. Fruity flavours. Sort of a watery mouthfeel. Lively carbonation. Raspberry was better.

Pours a clean amber-rosé with a slight pinkish head, decent lace. Very sweet nose with strawberry notes. Syrupy mouthfeel, but on the wet side, which helps a bit. Sweet taste with a litlle milder strawberry finish. The strawberries are alright, but these Melville's brew are way too sweet.
