Comes out of the tap a hazy honey golden, not much head but it does leave some good lacing. Strong hoppy aroma has a bourbon overtone and rich woody and fruity tones. Firm, bold flavor has woody hop, bourbon and fruity notes, the latter being both citrus and pear; a hint of pine makes its appearance. Smooth, viscous and fairly fizzy mouthfeel rounds out a great brew.

Finally. Hazed orange with a soapy and sticky head. Unfortunately this smells like an old IPA. Creamy mouthfeel with strong carbonation. Muted hoppy flavor completely devoid of barrel notes, sweet and sloppy with caramel notes. Honestly, if I wanted an old IPA I'd just age double trouble. Massively disappointed.
