First brewed to be served at the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration in 2012 in Niagara our unfiltered wheat beer is oak aged using an English ale yeast to develop notes of apple and pear with a drying acidicty in the finish. Tchin-tchin!

In a mixer 6-pack with Curious Parrot. Pours a very thin layer of foamy head. Has a hazy golden, light orange appearance. Aromas of light roasted malts, mild citrus hops and fruits. Odd mixture of flavours. Getting tropical fruits, sweet malts, notes of pears and apples in the finish. Feels like a hefeweizen. Tingling mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Not the best Mill st. brew I've had.

Part of their 2013 summer seasonal pack at the LCBO. Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a frothy white head, decent retention and a little lace. Aromas of spices, fruits, mild wheat and yeast. Medium-bodied and kind of boring. The taste is pretty light with the same found in the nose. Very light citrus and wheat flavours. Disappointing for a beer that says "oak aged" to not have those strong vanilla notes that one should have.

Lawnmower beer #3. The beer pours a hazed golden yellow colour with a thin white ring of a head, yet a thinner smaller ring than the shandy produced. The aroma is light wheat, grains, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with slightly above average carbonation. The flavour has a light fruity sweetness to it with a dose of wheat and grass. The extra carbonation does come as a surprise at first. A one and done beer at best.
