Pours barely translucent reddish brown with a thin buff head. Roast malt aroma has strong cinnamon, clove, and, yes, ginger overtone - yes, definitely gingerbread. Flavor is like liquid gingerbread, malty and spicy and very festive. Texture is quite fizzy and lively, smooth if not too firm.

Dark brown to black appearance with a white head. It smells like gingerbread man with some chocolate and toffee. Flavor is sweet and spicy with some chocolate, coffee, cinammon, ginger. Wow this is a treat.
