Brad brewed a Scottish Ale. This one’s a bright coppery brown with a malty flavor and aroma. Hoppiness take a back seat to the strong malt profile and hint of smokiness. In short, this thing ought to tighten the belt on your kilt.

It has the body of a good scotch ale but no real earth or peat notes that would make this true to style. Not a bad beer, its clean and drinkable, but not really what I was after when I was thinking of a scotch ale.

Sharp marischino cherry flavor, this one did not strike me a a scotch ale, but something altogether new, nice lacing, goood liquor flaovr and hop aftertaste, flavor changes as it warms.
