Tried a few ounces from a bomber on a camping trip. I wasn't feeling this as much as the regular Clementine. Probably because I am not the biggest fan of Witbiers, so imperial wits are even tougher for me. Packed with flavor though, if you are into this style. Also agree, this reminded me a lot like Sam Adams Imperial White. I prefer a lighter/smoother wit, which is why I would go back to the regular Clementine 1.0 over this.

Usually an imperial of a style known for subtlety is a big red flag for me. Think Sam Adams imperial white, or a couple imperial Berliners I've had. This one works though. In part because it's not just overly sweet. The extra warmth and booziness make it interesting. The usual floral aroma is there along with big orange and spice. The beer is more reminiscent of some boozy Belgian ales, not wits. Even reminds me of White Oak a little. Good beer, way more enjoyable than Clementine.
