Bottle - pours a clear orange-gold with a 2 finger off white cap that lasts well. Moderate small-bubble carbonation - good looking beer. Aroma is oddly demure - biscuit maltiness with some light sweetness, some spiciness. Sturdy malt spine, malt forward character with hops in near balance, spicy-herbal noble hop bite - finish goes dry, crisp clean with a nice hop kiss at the end. Not a standard Maibock but very drinkable and satisfying.

Also enjoyed this bottle with Chopz at AC's Saloon. :) Pours a pretty generous amount of foamy off white head, and has a pale golden appearance with lots of dirty lacing. Has a grassy scent along with some malts and madarins. Quite malty creamy flavouful mouthfeel. Kind of an orangey aftertaste. Very mild citrus flavours that do not exactly stand out. Some slight bitterness on the palate. Still pretty good.

Beer appears a translucent reddish-gold colour with a creamy tan head that laces well. Aroma is grass, caramel, and fruity sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is sweet malt, grain, fruit and hops. I felt it was more of an Marzen/Oktoberfest in flavour than a bock, but still quite good.

Thanks to PaleAleRider for this one. Pours a slight hazy deep golden colour with a nice frothy warm head that is long lasting and creates thick foamy lace. Malty cereal grain nose with fruit and vinegar notes. Smooth medium-thick mouthfeel with some mild dryness and a bit of alcohol, but no burning. The taste reminds of me of malt liquor, but of much better quality. Good sweet malt in the finish all well-balanced with the hop, and hints of fruits. A pretty good, high quality, malt liquor.
