    Pours a dark and murky copper color with faint amber edges and a one finger off-white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Sporadic streaks of soapy lacing left behind.Slightly earthy,with a strong malt backbone, not much in the hop department. Flavors of grass, caramel, toffee and biscuit. Really malt forward with an almost non existent hop profile.

    This is a PALE ale? It pours a scrumptious clear chestnut with a thick and rather persistent light tan head. Malty aroma is not too strong, has subtle hints of fruit and cloves. Flavor is mainly malty with a hoppy undertone, bitter and woody hints, a snip of apple. Smooth mouthfeel has good fizz and average body, leaving a woody, hoppy finish. Let this one go in your mouth!

    A deep amber colored beer with a big off white, fluffy head rising robustly above. There was good retention on the head. Settles into light dusting on sides and thick ringlet atop the body. The nose is bright toffee and floral hops. That same profile comes out in the tasting. Light bodied with a fair amount of refreshing creaminess.
