Yeast in quite strong, borderline unibroue! Quite like this yeast, spicy, in the vein of banana but also the dry outside hair of a coconut. Also clove, but more of a super subtle wet cumin or green cardamon like is sometimes in chai. mouthfeel is a bit watery and thin, but well suited for the summers here. Malt profile is biscuit and bavarian. Hops are light lemon but mostly bitters a side effect to the yeast.
