If you enjoy the scent and taste of ginger, which I do, then you will like this. It poured a very nice, cloudy golden color with a slight head. The ginger aroma was not overpowering. The taste had a hint of ginger and was very refreshing. Well worth the try!

Brand new from Mill Street and comes in their Seasonal Sampler for summer 2011. Pours a rich golden colour with a creamy white head that stays a long time and creates dirty lacing. The beer smell pretty malty and you really have to sniff lots to get hints of ginger. It has a creamy mouthfeel. The first few sips, I could not taste the ginger. Then, more and more, it got out a bit. I was expecting this to taste like ginger ale (from what I read on this brew), but no. It's just a nice ale with some spicy ginger for the finish, but the malt is still first. Pretty nice overall... which I could try on draft at the pub itself.
