frikkin tasty dry saison from Lost Abbey. Citrusy hops, a little barnyard funk, slightly tart, and very refreshing. A little bit of white grape comes through in both the aroma and flavor.

Sampled on tap at Beer Revolution on 2/17/2011. This saison pours a slightly hazy orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, tart, wheaty, citrusy and dry. A medium bodied saison. The malts are citrusy and semi-sweet, citrusy. The hops are grapefruity and citrusy. Good carbonation. Very dry, very citrusy. Tart, funky and musty. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is tart.
