Bottle courtesy of jb175. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Smells of tarte fruit and some sweet malt. Tastes of chocolate with a tarte finish. Average.

Poured an opaque black color with crimson hints around the edges, with a tan head and spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of smoke, chocolate and roast. Taste was lightly sweet, with chocolate and fudge, roast, and finished dry and smokey. The mouthfeel was thinner than I had expected, after having the Double Porter earlier this year.

This was my favorite of the few beers from this brewer that i've tried so far. A nice chocolatey flavor but very little aroma.
