750ml bottle from the brewpub in Ottawa. Pours a clean amber colour with an off-white that is frothy, long lasting and gives out some foamy lace. Hoppy nose with fruity nose and caramel malts. The hop is a little less in the taste, but still present with some grassiness in the finish. Fruity malts mostly with a little caramel in the back. Not an English ESB, but a decent session brew. More of an amber ale.

Pours an off white foamy head and has medium retention and fairly average carbonation. Has an amber appearance. Aromas are mostly grassy floral hops and grainy malts. Flavour is well balanced between hops and malts. Strong spices give it a warming mouthfeel. Mildly bitter on the palate. Notes of caramel and sweets in the finish. Also some bitterness in the aftertaste. Pretty good, and only available for a limited time.
