Comes in the usual Great Lakes Brewery brown bomber bottles at the LCBO. At first, it pours a clear amber colour but at the last pour, it is a cloudy amber-beige colour. Its head is minimal, has no retention, nor lacing. The nose is actually nice with spices and a bit of the wheat, reminding me of a hefeweizen. The peach is way too mild in the back. Same for the taste. What turns me off here is the wax mouthfeel-taste that I have found in many Quebec micros. It is not as bad here, but I sense that it can be, if I would of waited longer to have this one. Merely a few months since I have purchased this one and I feel it was probably much better fresh. It will probably get better with time (as most GLB brews) as this is the first year of this one.

I tried this beer on tap on October 7, 2011 at "C'est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a very hazy yellow colour with a 1" snow white head. The aroma was wheat malt, peach, and light spices. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was very peachy........too peachy, and I like peach.

650ml silk screened bomber: Puts a murky honey-colored ale in the glass with a white cap that disappears fast, Demure aroma for a hefeweiss...some fruity esters (yes peach is there)m some light banana, no spice phenols and some dry biscuit malt aromas. Very pleasant Heffewiess flavors with the addition of a sour peach discernment,,,very refreshing ,clean and dry finish. Well made fruit wheat ... I’d drink lots of this in the summer....I question the fall release on this light patio beer....but WTF it’s still quite decent and drinkable.
