Ginger Pumpkin Pilsner. Brewed with organic pale, Weyermann Munich, and CAra-Hell malts, with pumpkin added in the mash, kettle, and fermenter. Spiced with peeled and pureed fresh ginger in the boil and bright tank, and hopped with lots of Czech Saaz hops (otherwise it wouldn't be traditional).

i'm not sure what the deal was here...the first half of the description sounds exactly like the GP ale, but this was far more boring, and the 50 50 ginger pumkin balance in the other beer was more like 90-10 in this one. i like ginger but the pumpkin needed to come out more here. but overall, a nice little pilsner. could go the way of the spiced ale too, but you could definitely tell it was a pils.
