Pilsner originated in what is now the Czech Republic. Like true Czech Pilsners, ours is aggressively hopped early in the boil giving it a clean crispness and a refreshing flavor. It is brewed entirely with superior German Pilsen malt to give it a pale straw color, a mid-palate dominated by maltiness and a thick lasting head. Fresh Noble hops provide a spicy aroma finish. Enjoy a few Happy Pils and leave your worries behind.

A golden color with nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, grassy notes, hay. The flavor is bitter with some lemons and spice notes. Some malt presence as well. Overall a nice pils and a good summer session lager.

Pours a nice clear golden with a decent white head, typical for a pils but still appetizing. Aroma is crisp and malty with a subtle hoppy undertone. Flavor is malty, slightly hoppy, slightly bitter, better than most pilsners I have had. Texture is fairly smooth with a good tingle. Normally I don't care much for pilsners, but I like this one.
