Pours a hazy golden, not much head. Zesty, wheaty aroma has a lemony and slightly sweet overtone. Rich, wheaty aroma has definite lemon and yeasty notes and a hint of banana. Texture is fairly fizzy but on the watery side. Give it a whack.

Apparently now in bottles because jerrymorrison sent me this one in a recent trade: Hazy straw yellow pour with a nice short tight white head reducing to a constant cap with good lacing. Much closer to a German hefeweizen than a Kolsch. Aromas of sweet wet wheat, yeasts, banana and oranges, some lemongrass. Taste is also mostly hefe, with ripe bananas, some bubble gum, light lemons and some grassiness. Super refreshing; this is one I could drink all summer long. Cool beer from a good brewery. Thanks Jerry.

Sampled at the Wurst Haus, in Lake Jackson today, the waiter told me this was a mix of their lawnmower beer mixed with hefeweizen yeast, not being a fan of the lawnmower i was a bit skeptical. Nice hazy bright yellow body, ok head that left some decent lace. decent flavor with the expected banana and grass from the kolsch, nice balance and it seemed to work out well, refreshing and easy to drink. Its worth a try.

its like he's getting his ass kicked by a ghost...
There was really something to this beer..
    Pours a cloudy sunset banana..
light lacing, typical hefe head on the pour but dies down to a well spotted pool..
10:46, get a watch that works...
Light light grass, light banana, and empty spice rack in the nose..
light mouthfeel, has that kolsch refreshment and that touch, that twist of esters..
its an interesting experiment, its similar to an american wheat basically..
happy to have had my two 22oz glasses...
you gotta walk before you can crawl..
    reverse that...
