i agree wirg Cybercat on this one - they nailed the style, and 5 months after release seems to be perfect. nice bready aroma, some sweetness and a touch of hops and spice. Smooth, sharp but full. Alcohol evident, but pleasantly warming, not hot. This is exactly what i was hoping for!

Has a nice malty, yeasty and slightly spicy aroma. It pours out a dark clear mahogany with a fairly thick and fine-bubbled pale tan head. Flavor is spicy, mainly cloves and cinnamon, with a good malty tone and a whisper of sweetness. Texture is sharp, fizzy and tingly. Way to go!
