Pours a deep, warm, opaque sable with a fairly thick and persistent fine-bubbled pale beige head. Aroma is strongly of fine roast coffee with an undertone of unsweetened chocolate. Flavor is mainly coffee and has firm, smoky undertones of unsweet chocolate and malt. Texture is velvety smooth and fairly tingly. A must for stouties.
