We took a classic Ameican Porter and brewed it with 40% Briess cherry wood smoked malt. Lower in alcohol to allow the maltiness through. Black in color, medium body, soft hops and intensely smoky. Ingredients: 2-Row*, Munich*, Caramel 20*, Caramel 60*, Chocolate*, Black*, Extra Special* and Cherry Wood Smoked Malts, Mt. Hood and Glacier Hops. 5.8% abv Seasonal- Fall.

Epic aroma is strong, smoky, mocha-ish and slightly sweet - it screams DRINK ME! This one pours a deep, warm, opaque sable with a nice buttery-tan head. Flavor is mainly molasses with undertones of coffee and unsweetened chocolate and a hint of caramel. Texture is smooth, fizzy and very lively. Worth hunting down!
