This is a fine American imitation of a tripel. Pours an extremely yeasty yellowish golden. Solid white head which left nice lacing. Smell had apple, orange, citrus, white wine and a hint of tea. Green tea perhaps. Flavor was smooth but a little harsh on the alcohol. I had some trouble finishing this but still I really liked it. My only complaint is the price. Too expensive.
