A creamy bock lager. Rich, malty, smooth! Generous caramel malts give this Bock a full body, creamy head and ultimate drink ability. A highlight for the Holidays! This is a malty brew so it pairs well with foods that are rich and full flavored, spicy foods are great too!

2015 edition purchased in Vermont. Pours a clean deep amber, kind of copper colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly and no lace. Roasted grain aromas with some nuttiness and hints of fruits. The taste has the same reminding me of a more roasted and nutty malt red ale. Some decent hops in the finish creating a mild dryness. Not sure about the bock style, but as a red ale (ok, lager), pretty nice.
