This one comes out of the tap a rich, opaque sable brown with a fairly thick and fine-bubbled beige head. Aroma is malty with a strong smoky overtone. Flavor is lip-smacking, malty and wheaty with hints of smoke, barbecue and even Coca-Cola. This smooth dunkelweizen leaves a lively aftertaste.
