Appearance and mouthfeel were pretty average, Aroma and flavor were caramel malt heavy, with some piney hops hiding in the background. Overall it was drinkable, but nothing special.

Aroma is crisp, malty and slightly fruity, providing hints of pear and banana. It pours an appetizing clear golden amber with a decent white head. Flavor is malty and a little hoppy, just a bit on the thin side. Texture is fairly tingly and leaves a finish that is more hoppy than malty. Overall, fair to middlin'.

From Pyuke: Poured a golden-orangeish colour with a small white head. Aroma was pretty weak as was the taste. As mentioned before, pretty much a beginner Pale Ale. Rather be a begger then a beginner! Some mild citrus notes on the finish, other then that mainly dominated by malts. Can't like 'em all, but glad I tried it- Thanks Paul :)

Stumbled across this at the grocery store back in my hometown. Ended up going through the entire sixer during a night of playing cards. Decent looking with a light copper color and small head, not much lacing. Aroma had a fair amount of doughy malt and some fruity hop presence, nothing too exciting. Medium bodied, clean finish with a light bitterness. It's an easy drinking pale ale that leans to the more mellow side. Flavor had a nice mix of nutty malt and bitter hops. A hint of evergreen and citrus complimented the taste. A nice entry level pale ale, I was satisfied with it all in all.

Had at the Coops with John Scoob ... Pours with a low amount of head ... the lacing is pretty good ... is smooth ... is a light golden yellow ... an average pale ale, is not to bad... This is a starter pale ale for the craft beer beginner!! ..funny enough had again at the coops (around feb 2009), with judy and peanut, at it was than before... score was 3.2 drops to 1.8 .. screw u moe!
