NorCal December '07 - The beer pours out a mahogany color, small white head with no lacing. First impressions on the nose is ginger and molasses. Futher swirls release some Belgianesque yeast esters and spiced plums. Flavors include notes of spices, sweet caramel, a touch of chocolate and dark berries. Nice beer.

Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, caramel, cinnamon and a lot of US hops. Flavour is hops, cinnamon, apples, hay and spices. Finish shows some slight alcohol signs.
