The label says this is beer. The colour, aroma, and flavour say this is water. Molson Exel has more aroma and flavour with only 1/8th the alcohol content. Very sad indeed!

This light version of the James Ready pours a very pale yellow colour with a big frothy white head that stays longer than expected, and lacing is pretty good. Smell reeks of bad grain, perfume and some citrus lemony aromas that help out the situation. The taste is not as bad, just corn, and quite light. The scent gets a bit better, as it turns to mild corn after a while. Refreshing enough for a light beer, and very inexpensive for a 24-pack (only size it comes). Only meant to drink from the bottle though.

THis ranks as possibly the woprst Canadian light beer I have ever tried. A very pale gold with weak off-putting aromas. The flavcour is very acidic and metallic likle the reast of the James Ready line.

For a light beer, this is quite tasty, but still tastes like a light beer. In other words, for just a beer it's average, but for a light beer it's pretty damn good.
