Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thick layer of head, leaving excellent lacing. Very fruity nose, citric lemon peels, apricots and pears, hints of some sour grassiness and some underlying sweet malt. Wonderfully floral and fruity hops hit the tongue immediately, intermingling with some light caramel and sweet grain, followed by an assertive bitterness of lemon peels and pine needles. Poured a clear amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of grass, citrus fruits, sweet malts. Taste of the same, sweet malts, with a grassy, and lightly bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel.
