Light amber color with minimal head - just a ring. Aroma like a sour champagne, musty and filled with notes of apple. Sour initial flavor that mellows with a sweet note, takes away a bit from the crispness. Strong musty sour finish - a decent gueuze.

pale orange colour with a little head, wine-like aroma, fruity, tart, sweet with a moderate malt body and a long fruity and sugary aftertaste - lack of complexity

Bottle. Amber coloured with a large white head. Tart, sour and fruity aroma. taste is lightly sweet and sour. Quite thin bodied. Less challenging and somewhat more easily drinkable than a lot of Lambic Gueuze.

Poured an amber orange color with an ok head. Decent lacing, but this one wasn’t overly impressive (other than the fact that the sourness wasn’t disgusting - I'm not a lambic lover). Aroma was sour of lemons and apples mixed together. The flavor was much of the same, but with a somewhat “soft” finish that was bearable. Definitely a sour beer, but not too bad for within its style.
