Pivo, the Czech word for beer, is a Pilsner-inspired ale that has a bold hop start, a floral middle and a clean, crisp hop finish. Great body and mouthfeel come from the use of Carapils malt and flaked oats. With refreshing fruit notes coming from our own ale yeast, this beer is a nice interpretation of the old classic. Served in a 16 ounce stein.
