The Honey Brown is a true American style Brown Ale comprised of pale, caramel and chocolate malts. In addition, we combine a local "wildflower" honey during the fermentation process, opposed to the boiling process, which gives this beer its unique flavor profile. It allows us to retain the flavor of the honey while not becoming too sweet, thus maintaining its smooth drinkability. The rich honey characteristic adds to the creaminess of the beer and gives it a quality like no other.
