This lighter style brew is a brilliant gold, clean cream ale. Fermented at lower temperatures for a smooth flavor that comes from the perfect balance of subtle malt sweetness and delicate English and American hop crispness. Very flavorful and drinkable.

This zero yeast pour is clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is floral hops and a pulse of sweet malts as well as some graininess. The taste seems to lack the graininess noted in the nose to provide some balance to this sugary, malty sweet, seemingly honey enhanced sweet onslaught of a brew. The floral hops and spicy hop bitterness that occasionally murmur to the surface don’t really offer any help against the sweetness either.

On draft at the brewery, but they served this after the watermelon brew, taste buds a bit overwhelmed, wth? Appearance was boring golden and with a head that was a tad on the weak side. The aroma was light grains, some fruity ester type notes. The flavor followed, some hops to keep it clean and balanced. Mouthfeel is as expected, light and clean, amply carbonated to keep this even more drinkable. Nothing to write home about (the style), but for what it portends to be, not bad.

Reviewing from memory, only had it on tap. Decent nose, a bit spicy and a bit fruity. Pale orange to medium amber color with so-so head, not much lace or retention. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, not particularly creamy, a bit slick. Tastes a bit like a whitbeir, I really thought there was wheat in it when I first had it. Its fairly sweet, finishes a bit sour and wet, has a little spice in in and some malt, I wonder if it has corn or rice? Not in any way spectacular but a decent flavor when the keg is fresh.

Pours hazy straw yellow with a pure white head. Lots of carbonation
There’s quite a bit of sweet malt in the nose, with a pretty good dose of hops character.
Very clean malt with a smidge of citrus, and a clean crisp finish.
Medium body, with quite a bit of fizz. Balanced finish.
It is what it is. A good cream ale.

Pours a nice hazy blonde color, big bubbles to a big head that fades big time to a very thin lace on the glass. Nose of grain and a touch of sweetness. Fizzy in the mouth and sweet malt to the tongue. Little to no hops noticed but a pleasant flavor. Dry finish. Overall a nice brew. I can’t really nail this one down, don’t know why. I do know it is enjoyable and is a smooth brew on a hot muggy day.

The aroma is nice and crisp with some malts and maybe some dried flowers present with aromas of hay and freshly cut grass. The appearance is a blonde to dark yellow in color with some haziness with a head on top that is small and bubbly and leaves decent lacing on the glass and is off-white in color and discipates. The mouthfeel is light and crisp with decent malty complexity with okay balance with a thin pallet that is almost watery. The flavor is of grain and malts with maybe some hay or straw with an aftertaste that is sweet and somewhat floral-like which is crisp and refreshing and light with a smooth and malty finish that is wet-like and quenches your thrist. Overall, not a bad blonde ale here but this style is not my favorite and does not challenge me enough but, nonetheless, this is better than swill any day of the week.

For such a subtle style, this beer came through in a big way. Pours a bright yellow with a thick creamy head. Aroma is sweet and a little fruity, and a bit hoppy, with grassy, and lightly citric hops shining through. Flavor starts with a bit of caramel and bready sweetness, then finishes with a nice easy going hop bitterness. Grassy and slightly piney hops provide for a slightly dry finish. This surpassed expectations, very nice.
