Brewer: Was brewing Fat Tire overnight and, we suspect, lightning hit the building and knocked the computers out. Consequently, malt kept getting added to the brewing process. Not wanting to

Tasted at the 2004 Bistro Hop Fest. Light gold color. Small white head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Belgian style ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Bright yeasts. Clean and smooth. Would be a good session beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

Notes are hazy, from Dr. Bill’s post GABF party at Falling Rock 10/2/04... Poured a deep golden color with a medium sized off white head. If I could understand my notes, i’d be better off. I can understand "a very average saison". From everyone i've conferred with, that seems to be the general consensus as well.
