On draft at P.P. San Clemente for the rooftop party. This pours a dark reddish brown. It's definitely Not as sweet and malty as I would have expected. It had a touch of sourness going on. Definitely not quite what I'd expected from a doppelbock

This was a fairly soid brew that I enjoyed both on tap and out of the growler which is kinda on tap, whatever. a nice wood stain color to it. Aight aroma of some funky ass nuts that were kinda roasted. A decent flavor to it which kind of had the same feel as the aroma with a kick up the ass at the end. Nice DB.

This dopplebock pours with a nice deep amber brown body topped by a thick head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is sweet and malty with slight caramel notes and a touch of roastiness. The flavor is sweet and malty with a slight roastiness, a touch of bitterness and some caramel notes. Full bodied and smooth with a slight dryness.
