A Brown Ale with a bite. An American interpretation of an English classic, with lots of domestic Tettnang and Cascade hops to complement the roasted malt character. Head Brewer Wil Turner says this is the beer he is most proud of out of all Goose Island beers!

Bottled@Monks Cafe Wallingatan, Stockholm. Deep amber colour with mediumsized off-white head. aroma is fruits, bready malts, some slight grains as well as mild nuttyness. Flavour is quite much the same with a rather bigtime caramel and bready maltyness going all through the brew.

Got this at the brew pub. A decent dark brown appearance with lots of malt and a little cherry aroma. The taste had some caramel and a little hops. Ok for GI.

One of the first pulled from the cask at RAF weekend... Hazy brown, soft creamy white head and alittle lacing. Citrusy hop aroma with a malty and slightly op taste.
