The beer pours a hazed gold colour with plenty of effervescence and a rocky white cap. The aroma is weak wheat, cereal grains, light citrus, and funky hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is vegetal in nature (think green tomatoes), with hints of wheat and cereal. Not a lot of bitterness in the finish. Not likely to try the Canadian variant anytime soon either.

The beer pours a solid black colour with a thin dark brown film for a head. The aroma is roasted malt, vanilla, dark chocolate, and coffee. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with slightly more carbonation than most stouts. The flavour is milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and a hint of vanilla. Finish is bitter. I enjoyed this beer.

The beer pours a hazed honey gold colour with a thick bubbly cap that disappears quickly. The aroma is funky yeast, wheat, and light citrus notes. The mouthfeel is bodied, puckering, and lightly carbonated. The flavour is sweet and sour lemon lollipop with yeasty funk thrown in the mix. Very drinkable.

The beer pours a translucent coca-cola colour with a generous light tan coloured head which lasts for a few minutes. The aroma is dominated by roasted malts and coffee. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is weak roasted malts and coffee with a weak bitter finish. This wasn’t a bad beer until the flavour score killed it!

The beer pours a hazy medium gold colour with a 2” bubbly head that quickly becomes a white film. The aroma is cereal malt, tropical and citrus fruits, weak pine notes, and weak musty hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, slightly creamy, and average carbonation. The flavour is nicely balanced between the malt, pine, and citrus flavours finishing with a mild bitter finish. I am impressed.

The beer pours a murky golden-orange colour with a creamy generous off-white head which lasts a few minutes. The aroma is funky yeast, grains, citrus, and spices. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is fruit forward, and in some respects is more ;witbier’ than ‘saison’. Although the aroma dispels that notion. An enjoyable Ontario saison.

The beer pours a beautiful translucent copper colour with a thick bubbly light tan coloured head. The aroma is toasted nuts, a little caramel, and some earthy hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, a little oily with average carbonation. The flavour was bread, light caramel, some yeasty notes, and nice bitter hop finish. A solid beer for a Saturday evening.

The beer pours a translucent brown colour with a tan coloured head, bubbly, and leaves a little lacing. The aroma is roasted malt, nuts, earthy hops, and light yeast notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. I don’t know how to define the taste. There is some definite tartness that bugs me. Not a lot of caramel sweetness as described on the can but there is some definite nuttiness in the flavour, and a bitter finish. Looks good, smells good, but something is lost on the tongue.
