The beer pours a solid black colour with absolutely no head - none. Quite disappointing for a Sawdust City beer. The aroma is light coffee notes, roasted malt, and weak herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is similar to the aroma with notes or roasted malt, coffee, and weak hops. For a beer that is only 6 weeks old, from a brewer I enjoy, this beer is a huge disappointment!

The beer pours a cloudy medium gold colour with a mid sized white rocky cap which recedes to a white ring within a minute or so. The aroma is wheat, smoked wood, herbs, and yeast. Interesting combination. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, with average carbonation. The flavour is sweet wheat and bubble gum to start, giving way to charred wood, and spices in the finish. Again, a very interesting beer.

The beer pours a highly carbonated straw yellow colour, slightly cloudy, with a huge white head that quickly recedes to a bubbly film on top. At the end of the pour, it was like a yeast cake entered the glass. Aromas of grass, tropical fruit, and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Clearly the effervescence in the pour is just for show. The flavour is pine and citrus, leading to a very bitter hoppy finish.

The beer pours a slightly hazed golden orange colour with a huge generous off-white head which lasts a while and laces well. The aroma is peach, citrus, grass, and light spicy hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is peach, bitter grapefruit peel, grainy malt, and a spicy finish - but it's the grapefruit peel note that lingers!

The beer pours a murky honey gold colour with a generous light tan coloured head which lasts a while. The aroma is definitely Belgian eith notes of yeast, funky grains, vinegar, and light apple notes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, with above average carbonation. The pr4imary flavour is the oak, followed by light fruit notes, yeast, and grains. You can’t smell or taste the alcohol , but you can definitely feel it go down your throat. A good beer.

The beer pours a translucent light gold colour with a generous bubbly head which doesn’t last very long, but leaves a little lacing. The aroma is very grainy, with hints of earthy hops The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is the same as the aroma, very grainy, minimal hops.

The beer pours a very hazed orange gold colour with a huge frothy white cap which sticks around for a long time. The aroma is tart fruit, vinegar, burnt wood, and yeast. There is an almost tripel-like feel to the aroma. The mouthfeel is dry, medium bodied, and highly carbonated. The flavour is grains, yeast, tart fruit notes, and the oak comes through in the flavour on the back of the tongue. An enjoyable beer, but certainly not a sessionable beer.

The beer pours a very hazed straw gold colour with a white fluffy head that lingers a while. The aroma is citrus, wheat, grains, and earthy hops. Smells like a lot of hops here/ The aroma is medium to light bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grapefruit, light wheat, and some spices followed by a bitter hop finish. All in all, not bad.

The beer pours a translucent goal colour with a creamy off white head which lasts a few minutes. There’s actually quite a bit of lacing with this one. The aroma is toasted malt, grass, light herbal hops, and weak yeast notes. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grains, light spiciness, yeast, and a weak bitter hop finish. Nothing offensive or outstanding about this beer. Just a good solid drinkable beer.
