The beer pours a hazy dark gold colour with a thin white film for a head, The aroma was blueberries, wheat, grass, floral hops, and cardboard. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with slightly above average carbonation. The flavour is very grainly with hints of wheat, yeast, and a bitter hop finish. Not as much blueberry flavour as there is aroma. I hope the next PEI beer is much better than this one.

The beer pours a translucent orange-tinged gold with a light tan coloured ring for a head, and plenty of effervescence. The aroma is Southern Pacific hops, notes of tangerine, grass, yeast, and dish soap. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is burnt vegetables, light citrus, stale grains, and citrus zest.

The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is sweet honey roasted nuts, grass, with a hint of a bitter citrusy hop finish.

The beer poured a mahogany colour with a generous foamy brown head, and left a ton of yeast on the bottom of the bottle. The aroma was dark fruits, nuts, caramel, yeast, and molasses. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was sweet and bready with notes of caramel, dark fruits, yeast, and burnt sugar. It was a good beer, but not great.

The beer poured a translucent light amber colour with a creamy light brown head. The colour puts it somewhere between a maibock and a dunkler bock. The aroma is light hints of dark fruit, caramel, roasted malt, earthy hops, and grass. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is unfortunately dominated by notes of alcohol. This overpowers the mild notes of dark fruit, grass, and yeast. Looks good, smells good, tastes not so good.

The beer pours a translucent cherry red colour with a white film for a head. The aroma is light caramel, toasted nuts, and eathy hops. Not a lot of depth in the aroma. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is similar to the aroma…nutty caramel up front, and a bitter hop finish. More of an amber ale than an Irish red.

The beer pours a highly effervescent pale yellow colour with a generous bubbly head that lasts a couple of minutes. The aroma is funk, grass, earthy hops, and yeast. Not much in the way of citrus or fruity notes in the aroma. The aroma is medium bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour is putrid! The flavour is dominated by funky yeast and grains, and nothing good about either of them! This brewery keeps missing the mark for me....and I like the town of Beamsville!

The beer pours a hazed light golden red colour with a huge generous off white rocky head. The aroma is funky yeast, grass, and a light wisp of blueberries. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour has more of a blueberry punch than the aroma, and while it is still subtle, you can definitely notice it among the funky grains, and yeast flavours.

The beer pours a slightly hazed light gold with a thin rocky film for a cap. Plenty of microbubbles keeping the head alive. The aroma is bread, melons, citrus, light pine hints, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. There is a definite flavour punch with strong citrus flavours up front, some grainy malt in back, and more bitter citrusy hops on the finish. Very enjoyable.
