#600 New Holland Dragon's Milk Reserve from Holland, MI, United States
Score: 4.1 | Aroma 9 | Appearance 9 | Mouthfeel 7 | Flavor 8 | Overall 8 |
This poured out 100% black with a nice brown head. The aroma of raspberries will hit you fro across the room. The mouth feel is thin for a Imperial Stout. The flavor is raspberries charred wood and spice.

Well this one poured out a solid brown almost black color. I can’t shine a light through it. I can’t really get a good sniff of the aroma. The mouthfeel is not very thick for a Imperial Stout. The can states it has cardamom in it what ever that is but I just taste ginger.

The aroma is of dark roasted malt and whiskey. And the taste is pretty much the same as the aroma. The mouthfeel was thin for a imperial stout. But surprisingly for being thin it hide the 13% ABV.

Drank this one from a tap. It was a nice dark brown color. The aroma was of coffee but there was no taste of it. Instead there was more of a nut taste with wheat.

#596 Samuel Adams New World Tripel (Barrel Room Collection) from Boston, MA, United States
Score: 3.7 | Aroma 7 | Appearance 9 | Mouthfeel 7 | Flavor 7 | Overall 7 |
Really interesting Triple because the high 10% abv was hidden very well. Poured out a yellow color and after only pouring. About 2 ounces the glass was full of a massive long lingering white head.

#594 Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout / Founders CBS from Grand Rapids, MI, United States
Score: 4.5 | Aroma 7 | Appearance 10 | Mouthfeel 10 | Flavor 9 | Overall 9 |
Pours out 100% black with a lingering thick tan head. The aroma is not very pronounced but diffinitly smells of chocolate and maple. The mouthfeel is extremely thick. The taste is rich and if it was just a tad more sweet it would be to much. It's a really interesting fushion of maple and bourbon. I paid $30 for a bomber and think it was worth the price. This would really be interesting to mix 50% of this beer with a original founders imperial stout. Which in my opinion is the best beer they have ever brood.

I wouldn't catorize this as a imperial stout it's more just a stout. The taste is not complex and it's not very thick. At least the coconut is not over wheming it's blended well.
