service sucks, seats uncomfortable, sometimes smells like kitchen sink but they got a GREAT burger and the Guinness is always fresh. Also have Dead Guy ale on tap, and some other local micros.
Its pretty big place and a lot of tables for a group of people to come hang and and watch the game and there are more TV's than i can count

#475 John's Market Place from Portland, OR, United States
Score: 3.6 | Atmosphere 5 | Selection 9 | Value 7 | Service 7 | Overall 8 |
Surprisingly there are not many beer retail store in or around Portland. John's Market in Multnomah seems like its pretty much the place to go. They pretty much cover every region and its organized that way. A lot of random belgians, Western micros, they cram a lot of beer into the back, up to shelves overhead.... why not pick up some stale vegetables while your there just watch out for the winos on your left

Score: 3.9 | Atmosphere 7 | Selection 7 | Value 10 | Service 7 | Overall 8 |
This place has great prices. Unibroue 750ml's starting @ 6 bucks. Everything i saw here, like ommegang, undercut the prices of all other local beverage store around here. pretty good selection. They had a few swingtop german beers and the typical English choices like Wychwood, young's, and samuel smith

also i forgot which is a great thing here. They have kegs on tap of local Bluepoint beer set up. (Blue Point Brewery in Patchogue, NY). There are three taps of various choices from which you can fill up a fresh growler of good beer and take it home-------

Great prices here, especially on the individuals, 750ml's, and fine imports as it seems like nobody buys them (just aging there :-). Great overall selection for a local beverage center. Different kinds of Unibroue, chapeau lambic, random stuff. I found a wild dog double pale, german doppelbock was fresh in a swingtop bottle.

This place doesnt has a small selection overall but they have a shelf set up of Belgians and other various fine beers that are hard to find. Rochefort, Saison Dupont, St. Bernardus, Pranqster, Southampton. He keeps a few of these in the fridge too which is nice even though i'd prefer them off the shelf. They have glass/goblets too.

Fairly good selection of imports and micros. Friendly place. fresh beers. organized. New craft beers/seasonals, Rogue, Stone, orval, westmalle, ommegang, leffe, lambics, do you like Baltika? This is where i usually go for a beer run. Its right next to the train station.

#469 Stony Brook Beverage Co. from Setauket, NY, United States
Score: 3.1 | Atmosphere 7 | Selection 7 | Value 4 | Service 7 | Overall 6 |
offers a fairly wide selection of the typical craft/microbrews i see around here. Some different 750ml bottles to choose from including local Southampton, Ommegang, Allagash.
I do not like the prices here (where any craft beer seems to just round up to 10$ a six-pack) but they sometimes have hard to find beers like Dogfish WW stout and 120 min. IPA

nice dimlit ambiance, nice bar and good amount of tables surrounding the bar. Hop in here to relax after getting trampled at the smithhaven mall. Food's pretty good, maybe a bit pricey. The beers are averagely priced. Most of their beers are enjoyable; not too bad. They made a pretty good abbey style ale i must say. Dis NOT like the porter. They could use more TV's at the bar.
